Happy 4th of July!

Hello fellow walkers!

Here I am in the Sunshine State getting ready for our 20 mile training walk on the 10th!

It's not the heat ... it's the humidity that gets to a whiney walker here ... but I have no one to complain to ... so ... I don't complain!

Yesterday I bought a cooling bandana called "frogg toggs-chilly dana" and it seemed to work!  I'll show y'all on the 10th.
